HuanXiang ('we') provides e-commerce CS outsourcing, operations empowerment, and store incubation services through this website and related channels. Using our services means you agree to these terms.
2. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to: • Provide truthful and accurate business and personal information • Not use our services for illegal activities • Pay service fees on time • Provide necessary platform access and materials for service delivery • Maintain confidentiality of shared business secrets and data
3. Fees & Payment
Service fees are as specified in the signed service agreement. We will bill and collect fees according to the agreed schedule. Late payment may result in service suspension or termination.
4. Intellectual Property
All website content (text, images, logos, software) is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction, modification, or distribution without written permission is prohibited. For custom deliverables (scripts, operation plans), IP ownership follows the service contract terms.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties must keep confidential any business secrets and proprietary information obtained during cooperation. Disclosure to third parties requires written consent. Confidentiality obligations survive contract termination.
6. Disclaimers & Liability
• We strive for stable, high-quality service but are not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure or third-party platform failures • Website content is for reference; actual services follow signed contracts • Our maximum liability does not exceed fees paid for the relevant services
7. Termination
We may terminate services if: • Client materially breaches the contract • Payment is overdue beyond agreed terms • Required by law Upon termination, both parties shall settle and transition according to contract terms.
8. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may file suit at the competent court in our jurisdiction.
9. General Provisions
• Term modifications will be communicated via website notice • If any provision is found invalid, other provisions remain in effect • These terms constitute the complete agreement regarding website use
